Typically, there are two Realtors in a property sale, one representing the seller and one representing the buyer. The MLS gives us the ability to help you find and buy any property on the market. Simply stated, our goal is to help you find the home of your dreams for the lowest possible price and with the least inconvenience to you.

Do we work for you or the seller?

That depends on whether you're you buy a property that is a listing of our company's or not.

If the property is listed with any company other than ours, CENTURY 21 Sunshine Realty, we will be working exclusively in YOUR interest. Our experience and expertise will be put to YOUR advantage. It's up to the listing Realtor to take care of the seller's best interest. Anything we know or eventually learn about the seller or the property will be passed on to you. (Sellers, you are forewarned...)

If the property is listed with our office, CENTURY 21 Sunshine Realty, we will assume the role of transaction broker. This means we don't work exclusively in the seller's interest against you nor do we work exclusively in your interest against the seller. We would be Switzerland, maintaining a fair, honest relationship with both you and the seller, not giving away any secrets regarding the other's negotiating position.
