An increasingly large segment of the home buying public is turning to the Internet as their first source of information about property for sale. Some say well over half of homebuyers today are checking the Internet first. It's an excellent way to get a feel for the market in the area they want to live & find out how nice a home or condo they can get for their money.

After browsing the Internet buyers tend to contact a Realtor who either has an interesting property on their website, or has a style of presenting themselves that the buyer likes.

We've gone to some lengths to see that our website is registered with the Internet's search engines in order to experiencing high traffic volume on our site. The effort has been successful.

That helps our sellers gain the maximum exposure to potential homebuyers.
Every listing we take will get a web page dedicated specifically to that property. The web pages can be saved, passed along via diskette, and e-mailed by viewers to friends who might be a good fit.

We believe that displaying a full page with multiple photos and descriptions is the most effective way to market a property
        - better than one of the moving images, known as virtual tours, that don't contain descriptions of the property and neighborhood
        - better than the little photos and bare statistics as seen on the major sites
        - better than the real estate magazines with ads written 3 weeks before publication

We are frequently contacted about a property on our site by prospective buyers who then go on to buy the property.

Every Realtor will hang a For Sale sign in the yard, put the listing in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), put a lockbox on the door if the owner allows it, advertise in the newspaper & real estate magazines. That's just not enough in this age of electronic communication.

We've learned to take full advantage of the technology that's available to market property on the Internet, today's largest, mostly widely used source of information for available real estate.
